詳細(xì)介紹

端基封尾和單體鍵合降低了不同批次色譜柱間的差異性。端基封尾硅羥基的所占比例比使用其他材料形成穩(wěn)定鍵合相要大。端基封尾會因為水解而失效，但選擇性卻變化很小，因為封尾點所占整個固定相的比例很小。

奧泰 Adsorbosphere® CN-AQ 柱是氰基固定相，主要用于分離三環(huán)的抗抑郁藥 （TCA’s） 。

Adsorbosphere® HS 柱

Adsorbosphere ® HS 能耐腐蝕性的流動相。高密度鍵合到高表面積的球形硅膠上， C18 碳覆蓋率達(dá)到 20% 。這種不易被水浸潤的固定相保護(hù)了硅膠不會被腐蝕性流動相所破壞，如象離子對試劑和緩沖鹽，從而延長了柱子的使用壽命，對有機(jī)化合物有很高的選擇性。

• 非常高的表面積，形成非常特殊的鍵合固定相

• 對于需要高分離度的應(yīng)用，這是非常理想的選擇
